If you meet any of the causes described above and have booked with a Non-Refundable rate, please follow the following steps:
  1. Contact us requesting the cancellation of the reservation and the invoice for the expenses.
  2. Contact the insurance company through email: flexmyroom@arag.es indicating your personal information and your policy number, attaching the invoice and proof of the reason for cancellation.
  3. The insurance company will contact you as soon as possible with the instructions to follow.

The insurance covers the main holder of the reservation as well as their companions.

When you need to make use of it, you must contact the assistance center at +34 91 566 15 88 so they can inform you how to proceed and which medical center or hospital to go to. In the centers affiliated with the company, it will pay the expenses directly, in the rest, you must pay the invoice which will be refunded to you later.

You will receive an email on the day of booking confirmation with all the information about your insurance.
