This was our third time and the service from the reception staff and waiters was excellent; they’re very attentive and friendly. Also an extremely clean hotel. Another year on holiday back at this hotel. Everything great, both the room and the buffet. And lovely staff as always. It’s always a pleasure to come back here. Located in the heart of Benidorm, it’s a highly recommended hotel!
